Unistar Multimedia Limited (BSE:532035) entered into a Letter of Intent Agreement to acquire Du Point Loyalty Distribution Private Limited on November 24, 2022. Unistar Multimedia Limited entered into Share Swap Agreement for a total consideration of approximately INR 800 million on December 28, 2022. Under the terms of the Share Swap Agreement, the Company will acquire 95,002 of equity shares in Du Point Loyalty Distribution Pvt.

Ltd. in exchange for 1,50,00,000 new shares in the Company. Du Point Loyalty Distribution reported a turnover of 0.245 million and Ebitda of 0.095 million in FY 2021-2022.
