("UBM", la "Società " o l'"Emittente"), healthcare biotech company italiana attiva nei settori della diagnostica, teranostica e nel campo terapeutico, ricorda che l'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea ordinaria della Società convocata in prima convocazione per il giorno 28 aprile 2021 alle ore 10.00 presso la sede sociale della Società, in in Via Cavour n. 20, Udine e, occorrendo, il 29 aprile 2022, in seconda convocazione, stesso luogo, alle ore 17.00, è stato pubblicato sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzowww.ulissebiomed.com nella sezione "Investor Relations/Assemblee" e, per estratto, sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana in data 9 aprile 2022.

Si precisa che la record date per l'intervento e l'esercizio del diritto di voto in assemblea è fissata al 19 aprile 2022.

UBM rende noto che sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzowww.ulissebiomed.com nella sezione "Investor Relations/Assemblee" sono a disposizione del pubblico, dal 9 aprile 2022, i moduli per il conferimento delle deleghe e sub-deleghe al rappresentante designato e la relazione illustrative del Consiglio di Amministrazione sui punti all'ordine del giorno e, a decorrere dalla data odierna, 13 aprile 2022, il bilancio civilistico e le Relazioni della Società di Revisione e del Collegio Sindacale.

Trieste, April 13th, 2022 - Ulisse Biomed S.p.A. ("UBM", the "Company" or the "Issuer"), Italian healthcare biotech company active in diagnostics, theranostics and therapeutics, recalls that the notice of call of ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company to be held at the registered office of the Company, at Via Cavour n. 20, Udine, on Thursday April 28th, 2022, at 10.00, in first call, and, if necessary, on 29 April 2022 in second call, at the same place, at 17.00, has been published on the Company's website atwww.ulissebiomed.com, section "Investor Relations/Assemblee" and, in excerpt, on the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana, on April 9th, 2022.

It should be noted that the record date for the participation and exercise of the to vote at the Shareholders'' Meeting is April 19th, 2022.

UBM announces that, from April 9th, the forms to grant proxies and sub-proxies to the designated representative and the explanatory reports of the Board of Directors on the items of the Shareholders' Meeting agenda, and, from today, April 13th, 2022, the statutory financial statements and the Reports of the Independent Auditors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors, are available on the Company's website, atwww.ulissebiomed.com "Investor Relations/Assemblee" section.
