19th April 2013 (1st call) 20th April 2013 (2nd call)	Registered Shareholders' meeting of UBI Banca
13th May 2013	Approval of the first quarter report of UBI Banca as at and for the period ended 31st March 2013
20th May 2013, 22nd May 2013 and 23rd May 2013	Respectively ex-dividend date, record date and dividend payment date, if dividend is approved by the registered Shareholders' meeting
26th August 2013	Approval of the half year report of UBI Banca as at and for the period ended 30th June 2013
12th November 2013	Approval of the nine months report of UBI Banca as at and for the period ended 30th September 2013
