On January 11, 2023, U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (NYSE: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services (the "Company"), announced that Chris Reading, Chief Executive Officer, and Carey Hendrickson, Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the 41st Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on Thursday, January 12, 2023. The presentation will cover an overview of the Company.

A copy of USPh's investor presentation is posted on the Company's website at www.usph.com.

The presentation includes a discussion of Operating Results and Adjusted EBITDA, non-GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) financial measures. The presentaion also includes reconciliations of those measures to the most directly comparable financial measures calculated and presented in accordance with GAAP.
