Tye Soon Limited Announces Cessation of Ong Huat Yew Peter as Executive Director, President, Chairman of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and A Member of the Executive Directors' Committee

Tye Soon Limited announced that Mr. Ong Huat Yew Peter has decided to retire as an executive director and will not seek re-election at the forthcoming 64th Annual General Meeting. Mr. Ong will concurrently cease to be the President, Chairman of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and a Member of the Executive Directors' Committee.
