NOTICE TO DEBENTURE HOLDERS OF THE 2ND PUBLIC ISSUE OF SIMPLE, NON-CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES (ISIN: BRTPISDBS018)

TPI - Triunfo Participações e Investimentos S.A. ("Triunfo") hereby announces to the debenture
holders of the 2nd Public Issue of Simple, Non-Convertible, Single Series Debentures issued on July
12, 2010 that on January 12, 2012, it will pay interest in the amount of thirty six thousand eight
hundred and twenty five reais and ninety-five thousand five hundred millionths of a centavo (R$
36,825.095500) per debenture, ex-interest on equity, as of January 12, 2012.
The amount net of withholding tax will be credited to the checking accounts indicated by debenture holders upon subscription of the Debentures. For more information on the payment of interest, debenture holders may contact Banco Itaú S.A., at Investfone (11) 5029-7780.
