São Paulo, April 17th of 2023 - TRISUL S.A. (B3: TRIS3), announces its 1Q23 operational results preview. The results presented hereby were not subject to review by external auditors.
Highlights
Gross Sales 100% totaled R$ 352.5 million in the 1Q23, an increase of 131% compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
Net Sales 100% totaled R$ 331.2 million in the quarter, an increase of 165% compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
Quarterly VSO (in units) registered 13.1%.
Landbank at the end of March totaled R$ 4,1 billion.

On March 31, 2023, the Company's landbank totaled R$ 4.1 billion, considering both on- balance and off-balance lots.
It is important to mention that, once a lot reaches the minimum area for the viability of a project, Trisul has the practice of initiating payments (on-balance lots are lands that are already included in the Company's balance sheet). Off-balance lots are not included in the Company's balance sheet, as they are still in the prospecting phase, that is, payment has not yet started.

Trisul SA is a Brazil-based company involved in the real estate sector. It was founded as a result of a merger between two companies: Incosul Incorporacao e Construcao Ltda and Tricury Construcoes e Participacoes Ltda. Trisul Life and Trisul Lar, the main products developed by the Company, consist of residential units ranging in size from 45 to 65 square meters. As of December 31, 2011, Trisul SA had a number of subsidiaries, including Tricury Construcoes e Participacoes Ltda, Incosul Incorporacao e Construcao Ltda and Ribeirao VIII Empreendimentos Imobiliarios Ltda, among others.
