As a result, the consolidated financial results for the first nine months of the current fiscal year (April 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021) reflects the consolidated financial results for the first three quarters for TAKEEI CORPORATION (April 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021) and the consolidated financial results for the second quarter for REVER HOLDINGS CORPORATION (October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021).
