The Management Board of Travelplanet.pl SA (The Issuer), in accordance with art. 5 sec. 1 pt. 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19th, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (RMF), informs that at the meeting held onMarch 10, 2016 the Supervisory Board appointed Mr Tomasz Bukowski fulfilling the function of a Director of Project Management and Investor Relations as a Company's Proxy.

Mr. Tomasz Bukowski graduated Master Studies in Economics at the Department of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław and post-graduate studies in Project Management at the WSB University in Wrocław. He started his professional carrier at TETA S.A. in Wrocław, where he worked as Specialist in Investor Relations and Administrative Director. Since 2009 until 2010 he performed the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Pyton Management Sp. z o.o. He started cooperation with Travelplanet.pl S.A. Capital Group in 2012, where he has been managing the area of Administration, Project Management and Investor Relations.

According to the statement, Mr Tomasz Bukowski do not perform other activity outside the issuer's business, that would be competitive toward the business of the issuer, he is not a partner in competitive company or a member of its governing bodies.He is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors held pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
