York Traditions Bank announced the addition of J. Mark Poliski as Chief Credit Officer. The CCO position has been established as part of the Bank's continued growth and succession plan. Earlier this year, Founder, Chairman and CEO Michael Kochenour announced his December 31 retirement as Chief Executive Officer.

As of January 1, the CEO role will be assumed by President Gene Draganosky and all credit responsibilities will transition from Draganosky to Poliski. Mark has served in numerous commercial loan officer and credit officer positions at CoreStates, Lebanon Valley Farmers Bank, Union National Community Bank, and Nova Bank. Most recently, Mark was Middle Market Regional Credit Manager at Santander.
