Touchmark Bancshares, Inc. is the bank holding company of Touchmark National Bank (the Bank). Its segments include Construction and Development, Real Estate-Mortgage, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial and Industrial and Others. The Construction and Development segment primarily includes real estate development loans, for which payment is derived from the sale of the property, as well as construction projects, for which the property will ultimately be used by the borrower. The Real Estate-Mortgage segment is dependent on the credit quality of the individual borrower. The Commercial Real Estate segment is engaged in owner-occupied business properties and non-owner-occupied business loans. The Commercial and Industrial segment is generally secured by assets of the business. The Other segment provides loans made to individuals and is generally secured by personal property and/or personal guarantees.
