Subject:To notify the verdict of the Central Administrative Court in Black Case No.386/2554 in relation to the interconnection charge dispute

Reference is made to the lawsuit filed to the Central Administrative Court in Black Case No. 386/2554 by Total Access Communication Public Company Limited ("Company") requesting TOT Public Company Limited (the first defendant) and True Corporation Public Company Limited (the second defendant) to pay the interconnection charge to the Company during 18 November 2006 to 31 December 2010.

Today, the Central Administrative Court render a verdict for this case by ordering the first and second defendant to pay interconnection charges to the Company in the amount of 702,475,156.43 and 1,832,292,063.75 Thai Baht respectively, within 60 days from the date that the case is final.

Currently, the verdict is not yet final. Both parties have the right to appeal against the Central Administrative Court's verdict before the Supreme Administrative Court within the period specified by law. If there is any progress, the Company will inform you further.
