Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp. (NYSE:MODG) acquired Certain assets of BigShots Golf for $29 million on November 1, 2023. Craig Garner, Kevin Reyes, Michelle Gross, Holly Bauer, Achraf Farraj, Drew Levin and Sam Weiner of Latham & Watkins LLP acted as legal advisor to Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp. in the transaction.

Under Active Lifestyle segment, the Company designs, develops and sells soft good products under the Callaway, TravisMathew, OGIO, and Jack Wolfskin brands.
