This announcement is made by Top Education Group Ltd (the "Company" or "TOP", together with its subsidiary, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.

APPROVAL AS AN APYP PROVIDER

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to announce that on 27 November 2019, the APYP Committee, which comprises CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and Institute of Public Accountant, approved TOP as an Accounting Professional Year Program (the "APYP") provider effective from 1 January 2020 for a period of three years.

The APYP is a professional skills training program developed by three accounting bodies and approved by the Department of Home Affairs, Australia for accounting graduates. The program lasts for 44 weeks and is designed to improve the employability of the graduates by providing professional workplace skills training and internship opportunities. Further, students who successfully complete the APYP may receive additional points when they apply for permanent residency in Australia under the general skilled migration program.

The APYP approval demonstrates the leading position of TOP in providing comprehensive services to students in the accounting field from the award programs of bachelors and masters to employment guidance and internship arrangements. The program will become a new income source for the Group.

BUSINESS UPDATE ON THE HOBART CAMPUS

TOP's new campus in Hobart, Tasmania has completed the enrolment of its first students intake, and is currently preparing for the students intake of first semester of 2020. The progress of this branch campus is in line with TOP's expectation.

The APYP and operations at the Hobart campus are both supported by relevant favourable policies of the Australian government which are currently in place. The Board may at its discretion adjust the Group's operations according to changes in such policies so as to ensure the best interests of the Group and the Shareholders as a whole.
