Second notification on the impacts of the earthquake which struck Fukushima,

Japan

Tokyo Ohka Kogyo Co., Ltd. (TOK) would like to express the deepest sympathy for those who suffer from the huge earthquake which struck Fukushima on March 16, 2022.

TOK announces that the impacts of the earthquake are as follows:

1. Regarding the damages

(1) To TOK personnel

There were no human casualties.

(2) To the manufacturing facilities:

No serious damage has been found to our Koriyama plant buildings in Fukushima. Normal working and safety of the facilities being verified, production has already started.

(3) To the shipping of our products:

There have been no shipping problems so far.

2. Others:

We will announce the renewed information promptly in case such could be assessed to cause a serious impact on our business performance.
