Notice Regarding Relocation of Head Office Location

TOHO HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is pleased to announce that, at Board of Directors meeting held today, it was decided to relocate the head office of the Company and its subsidiary as follows.

4. Reason of Relocation

Due to the aging of the building (Daizawa Main Building) where the head office is currently located under the

Articles of Incorporation, it will be relocated to the adjacent Daizawa New Building. The head office functions of the Company and Toho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were consolidated and relocated to Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, Yaesu Central Tower (2-2-1 Yaesu, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) in December 2023.

5. Impact to consolidated financial results

The impact of this relocation on consolidated financial results is immaterial.

6. Other

There will be no changes to the Articles of Incorporation because the head office will be relocated within the same ward (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo).
