TOCALO Co., Ltd. reported consolidated and non- consolidated earnings results for the full year ended March 31, 2021. For the year, on consolidated basis, Net sales were JPY 39,073 million against JPY 37,896 million reported a year ago. Operating profit were JPY 8,669 million against JPY 6,550 million reported a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of parent were JPY 5,463 million against JPY 4,404 million reported a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 89.86 against JPY 72.45 reported a year ago.
For the year, on non-consolidated basis, Net sales were JPY 32,820 million against JPY 31,182 million reported a year ago. Operating profit were JPY 6,884 million against JPY 4,888 million reported a year ago. Net income were JPY 4,756 million against JPY 3,980 million reported a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 78.23 against JPY 65.48 reported a year ago.
TOCALO Co., Ltd. mainly develops and provides thermal decomposition (TD) processing, ZAC coating processing, plasma transferred arc (PTA) processing, physical vapor deposition (PVD) processing business, with a focus on thermal spray coatings. The Company operates in two business segments. The Thermal Spray Coatings segment provides spray processing for semiconductor and parts of flat panel display (FPD) manufacturing equipment, gas turbines for power generation and batteries for electric power storage, various bearings and other parts for industrial machinery, steel rolls and papermaking rolls, as well as chemical plant parts and other equipment parts. The Domestic Subsidiary segment is engaged in PVD processing for cutting tools, blades, automobile molds and others.
