Tivity Health announced the addition of Sarah Richardson as Chief Information Officer and Stacey Santo as Chief Experience and Innovation Officer. Richardson and Santo have deep experience in the healthcare and fitness industries. They will support Tivity Health's strategy to expand and enhance opportunities for members of SilverSneakers®, the leading fitness program for older adults, as well as Prime® Fitness and WholeHealth Living®. Richardson will lead the delivery of the digital engagement platform as well as the expansion of the company's customer relationship management tools and data strategy. She joins Tivity Health from Optum where she served as CIO for the California and Nevada markets and was most recently the Vice President of IT Change Leadership for Optum Care. Prior to that, Richardson was a division CIO for HCA Healthcare, and has significant experience supporting digital and organizational transformation for healthcare organizations. Santo will lead innovation initiatives, including the implementation of data-driven marketing strategies, platforms, and programs, and the development of new product and service offerings. Most recently, Santo served as a digital consultant for the Independence Blue Cross Medicare business.
