Tile Shop Holdings, Inc. announced that in its AGM held on July 21, 2020 approved the appointment of Mark J. Bonney were elected to the Board as Class II director to hold office until the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and Deborah K. Glasser and Linda Solheid were elected to the Board as Class III directors to hold office until the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
