COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL OF PROPERTIES

The Board of the Manager announces that Completion of disposal of the Properties (as defined below) took place on 14 February 2017.

Reference is made to the announcement dated 16 December 2016 (the Announcement) of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Announcement. The Board of the Manager announces that Completion of disposal of the (i) Cheung Hong Property; (ii) On Yam Property; (iii) Shek Wai Kok Property; (iv) Sui Wo Court Property; and (v) Sun Tin Wai Property (collectively, the Properties) pursuant to the terms of their respective Accepted Tender Documents took place on 14 February 2017.
