Da Vinci Capital Holdings, Inc. announced that on January 9, 2017, SEC has issued a Certificate of Filing of amended articles of incorporation approving the amendment on the third article of the company's articles of incorporation.
The company approved the change of article from 'That the place where the principal office of the corporation is to be established or located is in Orient Square Building, Ortigas Jr. Road., Ortigas Center, Pasig City which branch offices to be organized elsewhere in the Philippines and in foreign countries' to 'That the place where the principal office of the corporation is to be established or located is at No. 900 Romualdez St., Paco, Manila 1007'.
