The India Cements Limited Announces Resignation of S. Christopher Jebakumar as Director

The India Cements Limited announced that IDBI Bank Limited (IDBI), vide its letter dated July 9, 2024 has withdrawn the nomination of Mr. S. Christopher Jebakumar as Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect. Consequently, he has resigned and ceased to be the Nominee Director of the company with effect from July 10, 2024.
