The Hachijuni Bank, Ltd. hereby announces the following corrections to the information contained in the "Notice of Convocation of the 141st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders," （electronic provision measures matters）which was disclosed on May 30 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Item to be corrected
The Trade Name was stated as "The Hachijuni Nagano Bank, Ltd." in Proposal No. 2: Partial Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation (Change of Trade Name) on page 5 of the "Notice of Convocation of the 141st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders," which was disclosed on May 30 2024.
Details of the corrections
The English name of the bank stated in the Proposed Amendments does not include "The", the correct name is "Hachijuni Nagano Bank, Ltd.".
