The Company is focused on the development, manufacturing and marketing of a portfolio of generic pharmaceutical products under its own label and private label for other pharmaceutical companies in topical, injectable, complex and other dosage forms. In the United States, the Company markets approximately 37 generic topical pharmaceutical products and one branded injectable pharmaceutical product. The Company's portfolio of hospital-based sterile injectable products, including cephalosporins, Cefotan (Cefotetan for Injection), Fortaz (Ceftazidime) and Zinacef (Cefuroxime Sodium).
