FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2020

AND CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

The board of directors (the "Board") of Telecom Service One Holdings Limited ("the Company") has today declared a first interim dividend of HK$0.01 per share for the year ending 31 March 2020 payable in cash to shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on Thursday, 26 September 2019.

For the purpose of determining shareholder's entitlement to the first interim dividend, the register of members of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, 25 September 2019 to Thursday, 26 September 2019 (both days inclusive) during which period no transfer of shares will be registered. In order to qualify for the first interim dividend, all transfer of shares accompanied by the relevant share certificates and transfer forms must be lodged with the Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Union Registrars Limited at Suites 3301-04, 33/F., Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King's Road, North Point, Hong Kong for registration not later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 24 September 2019.

The first interim dividend is expected to be paid on or about Thursday, 3 October 2019.
