TA6, EUNV: TA), a leading global provider of digital maps and dynamic
content for navigation and location based solutions, today  announces
that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28 May  2008,
approved the re-election of Mr. George Schmitt and Mr. Charles Cotton
as members  of the  Supervisory Board  for each  a new  term of  four
years. As explained in the  explanatory notes to the meeting  agenda,
if the  TomTom offer  for all  outstanding shares  in Tele  Atlas  is
declared unconditional, Mr.  George Schmitt will  have resigned as  a
member of the Supervisory Board effective as per the settlement date,
a resignation accepted by the general meeting of shareholders in  the
extraordinary general  meeting of  shareholders  held on  7  December
2007. Mr. Bandel  Carano's term  as member of  the Supervisory  Board
ended after yesterday's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

All other items on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders' agenda
have been passed, including the  adoption of the annual accounts  for
the financial  year 2007  and the  discharge of  the members  of  the
Management Board and Supervisory Board.
