Houck Reed, vice president of broadband network solutions, product management and operations, will be a panelist for the "Designing the Mobile Infrastructure for the Next Decade" session. Stephen Bye, CTO and vice president of technology development and strategy at Sprint, will lead the panel discussion on topics ranging from enriched data services to new business models to solutions for mobile data overload. Mr. Reed joined Tekelec in 2007, and he is responsible for portfolio strategy and marketing, business analytics and commercial offer management. Prior to Tekelec, he was director of the product management team at Symantec. Previous experience includes UTStarcom, Alcatel-Lucent, and Hyperion Software.
