The Board of Directors of Teho International Inc Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Joanne Khoo Su Nee as an Independent Director and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee as well as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 10 January 2014.
The detailed announcement pursuant to Rule 704(6) of the Catalist Rules, in relation to the appointment of Ms Khoo as a Director of the Company will be released separately to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Ms Khoo is considered independent pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the Catalist Rules.
Subsequent to the above appointment, the constitution of the Audit Committee, Remuneration
Committee and Nominating Committee of the Company will be as follows:
