TCI Express Ltd. has announced the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on January 31, 2017, has declared payment of second interim dividend at the rate of 50% (INR 1.00 per share of face value of INR. 2 each). The payment of dividend/dispatch of warrants will be completed within 30 days of declaration of second interim dividend. The record date is February 08, 2018.
