Timberland Partners, Inc. agreed to acquire the property located at 10301 Bren Road West, Minnetonka from Talon Real Estate Holding Corp. for $26 million.

Timberland Partners, Inc. agreed to acquire the property located at 10301 Bren Road West, Minnetonka from Talon Real Estate Holding Corp. (OTCPK:TALR) for $26 million on January 28, 2016. Pursuant to the agreement, the buyer will pay $0.1 million initial deposit and $25.9 million at closing, subject to adjustments as set forth in the purchase agreement.

The transaction is subject to a diligence period and other conditions of the purchase and sale agreement typical of a real estate transaction. The deal is scheduled to close in early 2017.
