Wu Xiaozhen signed an agreement to acquire an additional 6% stake in Beijing Bofang Media Co., Ltd from Talkweb Information System Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002261) for CNY 1.5 million on January 4, 2016. Wu Xiaozhen currently holds 49% stake in Beijing Bofang Media Co., Ltd. Beijing Bofang Media Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 107.72 million, total liabilities of CNY 79.87 million and net assets of CNY 28.01 million as of September 30, 2015. Beijing Bofang Media Co., Ltd reported revenues of CNY 16.56 million, operating profit of CNY 4.16 million and net profit of CNY 1.29 million for the nine months ending September 30, 2015. The transaction does not need the shareholders’ approval. The Board of Talkweb Information System Co., Ltd approved the transaction on January 4, 2016.
