Taliesin Management Limited - Appointment of director
The Board of Taliesin Property Fund Limited ("Taliesin") has been informed by its investment adviser, Taliesin Management Limited ("TML"), that it has appointed Tim Lynn as a director of TML with effect from 13th November 2013. Tim has many years' experience in the financial services industry and is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TML. Michael Milbourn, who has been a director of TML since 2006 and previously served as the COO of TML, will be stepping down from the TML board in 2014. Paul Luke (Chairman of TML) and Mark Smith (Chief Executive Officer of TML) continue to be actively involved in the provision of advisory services to Taliesin by TML.
