fact that the last transfer date falls on a weekly holiday.)
For household registration procedures, registered mailers should take the
postmark date of April 23, 2021 (the last transfer date) as proof.
(2)Afterwards, if the company's shares are bought back or the employee's
stock options are used to subscribe for common shares, etc., the number of
outstanding shares will be affected.
If the dividend rate changes as a result, the board of directors authorizes
the chairman of the board to deal with it and make an announcement.
