ASX Announcement My Net Fone Limited (ASX:MNF) Sydney - 10th January 2013 For Immediate Release Share Placement: Notice under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporation Act 2001

Pursuant to our Appendix 3B released on 28 December 2012, My Net Fone

Limited (ASX: MNF) confirms that it successfully completed a capital raising of

$2M to institutional and sophisticated investors on the same day. The Company issued 2,127,660 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company to the institutional and sophisticated investors to raise $2,000,000.40. The new shares rank equally with existing ordinary shares.
The Company gives notice under paragraph (5)(e) of s 708A of the Corporation
Act 2001, and states that:

ƒ the Company has issued the Shares identified above without a disclosure document for the Shares being prepared in accordance with Part 6D.2 of the Corporation Act;

ƒ as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with

o the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporation Act as they apply to the Company); and

o Section 674 of the Corporation Act; and

ƒ at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed which is "excluded information" (as defined in paragraph 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporation Act) which would be reasonable for investors and their professional advisers to expect to find in a disclosure document.
