Qingdao Yingdong Mould & Plastic Technology Group Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire additional 30% stake in Nanjing Yingli Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd. from Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002426) for CNY 2.1 million on January 23, 2017. Upon completion, Qingdao Yingdong Mould & Plastic Technology Group Co., Ltd. will hold 75% stake in Nanjing Yingli Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd. The transaction is not subject to approval from Board of Shanghai YongLi Belting Co., Ltd (SZSE : 300230), parent of Qingdao Yingdong Mould & Plastic Technology Group Co., Ltd.
Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a China-based company, principally engaged in traditional manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing and new energy business. The Company's products and services include metal structure modules, plastic structural modules, cover glass, anti-reflective coating, intelligent manufacturing solutions integration and equipment, lithium battery wet diaphragm and intelligent vehicles. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
