We write for and on behalf of our client, Sunshin disclosure made by us on 10th September 2021.
We wish to inform you that, in keeping with the group strategy to exit the energy business, the Company will amalgamate with Sunshine Energy (Private) Limited in terms of section 242(1) of the Companies Act, No.07 of 2007. The Company will remain the surviving entity.
This disclosure is made in line with Rule 8.1 of the Listing Rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange.
