SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

CHANGE IN PAYMENT DATE OF INTERIM DIVIDEND

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd (the "Company") dated 26 February 2021 in relation to the further change in payment date of Interim Dividend. Unless otherwise specified, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company would like to supplement that in view of the upcoming quarterly finance expenses to be incurred in March 2021 comprising payment of principal and/ or interest under various facilities and securities, from a prudent financial management perspective, the Company has decided to further delay the payment of the Interim Dividend to maintain a stronger cash position. The Company's current operations are normal and stable, and the Company is in a sound financial position.

Meanwhile, the Company is stepping up its efforts to collect sales receivables which has slowed down partly due to the COVID-19 pandemic and it is also in the process of obtaining new financing from various financial institutions with a view to paying the Interim Dividend on or before 25 March 2021 as mentioned in the Announcement.
