Anuj Agarwal executed share purchase agreement to acquire 18.06% stake in Step Two Corporation Limited (BSE:531509) from Pooja Finelease Pvt. Ltd. for INR 7.5 million on May 12, 2022. As per the transaction, Anuj Agarwal will acquire 7,53,100 shares at INR 10 per share.

In related transaction, Anuj Agarwal made an offer to acquire 26% stake in Step Two Corporation Limited for INR 14.4 million on May 12, 2022.
