Convergenet Holdings Appoints Janine De Bruyn as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairperson of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee and Social and Ethics Committee

Convergenet Holdings announced the appointment of Ms Janine De Bruyn as an independent non-executive director of the Board, chairperson of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee and Social and Ethics Committee of the Company with effect from July 24, 2014. Janine gained invaluable experience in empowerment, development finance and private equity at Sanlam Investment Management and Futuregrowth Asset Management and has held a number of directorships. She is a member of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa.
