Local Newport business, Contemporary Garden Rooms, is expanding after winning a number of new projects, including a contract to deliver a new school classroom and a number of holiday annexes.

To meet customer needs and enable the business to grow, the company has now expanded its presence at St. Modwen's Audley Avenue Enterprise Park by letting a 3,335 sq ft unit - in addition to its existing 5,223 sq ft workshop at the site.
