Speed Commerce, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported total revenues were $23,037 million against $28,562 million a year ago. Loss from operations was $1.995 million against $0.967 million a year ago. Loss from operations, before income tax were $1.763 million against profit of $0.762 million a year ago. Net loss from continuing operations was $1.882 million or $0.06 per share against $1.394 million or $0.03 per share a year ago. Net loss was $1.519 million against $2.722 million a year ago. Diluted loss per common share was $0.05 against $0.05 a year ago. Adjusted pro forma loss from operations was $0.938 million against income of $0.573 million a year ago. Adjusted pro forma loss before income tax was $0.706 million against income of $0.155 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $2.726 million against $2.020 million a year ago.
For the six months, the company reported total net revenues were $45.127 million against $50.578 million a year ago. Loss from operations was $4.669 million against $1.673 million a year ago. Loss from operations, before income tax were $5.133 million against $2.461 million a year ago. Net loss from continuing operations was $5.306 million or $0.12 per share against $2.489 million or $0.05 per share a year ago. Net loss was $12.302 million against $6.573 million a year ago. Diluted loss per common share was $0.23 against $0.12 a year ago. Adjusted pro forma loss from operations was $2.745 million against income of $0.261 million a year ago. Adjusted pro forma loss before income tax was $3.179 million against $0.527 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $4.139 million against $3.272 million a year ago.
Speed Commerce's guidance for fiscal 2015 remains on track with net revenues to range between $135 million to $145 million, which represents an increase of 26% to 36%. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to range between $17 and $20 million, which represents an increase of 38% to 62%.
