Sotetsu Holdings, Inc. (TSE:9003) agreed to acquire Sunroute Co., Ltd from JTB Corp. on May 30, 2014. Sotetsu Holdings will acquire 0.02 million shares in the transaction. The acquisition price was researched within the company referencing the results of a 3rd party and was determined after negotiations with the acquisition counterparty. During the year ended March 2014, Sunroute Co., Ltd. had sales of ¥16.157 billion, operating profit of ¥662 million, ordinary profit of ¥702 million, net profit of ¥403 million, total assets of ¥6.431 billion, and net assets of ¥1.042 billion. The transaction is expected to close on September 1, 2014.
