Sonae SGPS : announces the appointment of the Secretary of the Company and of the Market and CMVM Liaison Representative

Sonae SGPS, SA informs, pursuant to the set forth in paragraph 2 of article 446-A of the Portuguese Commercial Companies Code and subparagraph b) of paragraph 3 of CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, that, by resolution taken by the Board of Directors on 24 January 2023, Célia da Conceição Azevedo das Neves Sá Miranda was appointed Secretary of the Company.

Furthermore, and pursuant to the set forth in subparagraph c) of paragraph 3 of CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, that, by resolution taken by the Board of Director on 24 January 2023, Célia da Conceição Azevedo das Neves Sá Miranda was also appointed Market and CMVM Liaison Representative.
