("Company"), for the purposes of CVM Instruction 358/2002 and item 6.6.1 of the Regulamento de Listagem do Novo Mercado, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has submitted a new version of the 2016 Corporate Annual Calendar updating the (i) publication date of the Company's 4Q15 and 2015YE financial statements, from March 29, 2016 to March 31, 2016; and (ii) disclosure date of the Management's Proposal for the 2016 Annual Shareholders' Meeting, from March 29, 2016 to March 30, 2016.
