Subject: Dissemination of the notice of the 2016 AGM and supporting documents and forwarding questions relating to Shareholders Meeting Agendas on the Company's website

Reference is made to the fact that Somboon Advance Technology Public Company Limited
(the "Company") shall convene the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday April 19, 2016 at 10.00 a.m. at the Army Club, 3rd Floor, Makawan Rangsan Room, Vipahavadi- Rangsit Road, Samsen Nai, Phayathai, Bangkok to consider various matters in accordance with the agenda, as previously informed.
In order to provide shareholders with another way to access such information, the Company has also made the Notice of the 2016 AGM, together with supporting documents and forwarding questions relating to shareholders meeting agendas available on the Company's website at www.satpcl.co.th part of Investor Relations, under the section of "Shareholders Meeting" from March 10, 2016 onwards. Please note the said documents are the same those to be delivered to shareholders whose names appear in the share register book as at March 4, 2016. Therefore, the forwarding questions relating to shareholders meeting agendas. The shareholders can submit their questions in advance from now until 5 April 2016.
