Shelf Drilling awarded Soiltech a contract for treatment of contaminated water on the Sleipner field in the North Sea with the jack up rig Shelf Drilling Barsk. The rig will be working for Equinor. Expected startup is in Second Quarter 2024.
Soiltech will be using its market leading slop treatment technology (STT) and clean contaminated water without the use of chemicals. In this way will be able to reduce the waste by up to 95%, with a resulting reduction in CO2 emissions.
SOILTECH
