Net property income was SGD 73,481,000 compared to SGD 70,674,000 a year ago. Net income was SGD 52,221,000 compared to SGD 50,278,000 a year ago. Total return before distribution was negative at SGD 28,294,000 compared to SGD 577,000 a year ago. Net cash generated from operating activities was SGD 49,281,000 compared to SGD 71,263,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share were 4.983 cents against of 5.205 cents a year ago. Net income was SGD 1.9 million higher due to higher net property income and partially offset by higher finance expenses.
