Skylark Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2018. For the year, the company's sales were JPY 366,360 million against JPY 359,445 million a year ago. Net income of the company was JPY 11,438 million or JPY 57.95 per diluted share against JPY 15,549 million or JPY 78.95 per diluted share a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 22,857 million against JPY 28,103 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share were JPY 58.04 against JPY 79.36 a year ago.
For the year ending December 31, 2019, on consolidated basis, the company expects sales of JPY 370,000 million, operating profit of JPY 28,700 million, net income of JPY 11,000 million or JPY 55.81 per basic share.
