ESA Futures Ltd and YONG Fook Ming acquired 0.16 million shares at $3.8234 per share. YONG Fook Ming funded the transaction with own sources. YONG Fook Ming completed the acquisition of 79.4% stake in Sky Resort International Ltd. (OTCPK:SKYL) on March 13, 2018.
