(Stock Code: 1297) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT WON THE BID OF JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATIVE INTEGRATED PLATFORM FOR TIANJIN MUNICIPAL JUDICIAL BUREAU

This announcement is made on a voluntary basis by Sinosoft Technology Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that the Group has won the bid for judicial administrative integrated platform for Tianjin Municipal Judicial Bureau ("Tianjin Judicial Integrated Platform"), which comprises public legal services platform, integrated management platform for judicial business, data sharing platform covering police force, procuratorates, courts and related departments, big data analysis platform, lawyers management platform, and judicial appraisal platform for Tianjin Municipal.

The Tianjin Judicial Integrated Platform will utilize artificial intelligence and prediction capability derived from big data analysis. It will be established according to the requirements stated in the "Establishment Guide for 12348 Legal Network of China (Public Legal Services Network of China)" published by the Ministry of Justice. It can connect seamlessly with the Public Legal Services Network of China for Ministry of Justice, which is also developed by the Group. The Tianjin Judicial Integrated Platform signifies complete accessibility in areas such as information sharing and predictions by big data analysis for Tianjin Municipal Judicial Bureau and brings its judicial informatization to a new level.

The Board believes that winning the bid of Tianjin Judicial Integrated Platform illustrates the Group's comprehensive coverage in judicial information products, from Ministry of Justice of the central government to provinces, municipals, and prefectural city, and highlights the Group's leading position in the judicial information area. Also, the establishment of this platform marks a significant technical innovation, moving from data intelligence to artificial intelligence for the Group's judicial administrative products. The Group will proactively seize opportunities, intensify horizontal and vertical integrations between platforms to enhance innovative capability in judicial administrative products and develop more related products, so as to expand to a larger market.
